Warranty Coverage: Vinyl Sash provides free service for the first year after installation, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Vinyl frames and sashes (with warm edge glass) have a 50-year warranty, while stress cracks in insulated glass are covered for 5 years.
Conditions: Any repair or service by companies outside Vinyl Sash voids the warranty. Damage from natural disasters, intentional harm, or extreme elements is not covered.
Transferability: The warranty is transferable to new owners.
Do you make the windows?
Vinyl Sash windows are manufactured, installed, and serviced by our team directly. Each window is custom-designed and built based on our customers’ needs to ensure a proper fit.
What window colors are available?
Windows are available in standard white and beige, six different wood grain colors and textures for the interior, and thirty different exterior colors.
